Bistro 45 open its doors in 2005. Having gained a positive reputation with the locals, the restaurant constantly pushes the limits of creating a great meal. All dishes are made from scratch, including each sauce and dressing. The mission is to provide high quality food and attentive personalized service. The menu varies from boldly flavored American favorites to inventive global influences. Lunch and Breakfast always offers creative specials and dinner menu changes monthly to include cuisine from all over the world
Our aspiration is to introduce popular dishes from cuisines around the world and to bring a dining experience comparable to that of Boston’s Beacon Hill and Federal Hill of Providence to our local community for a fraction of their cost.
How can we do it? By running a family operated business which keeps overhead expenses low and by using domestic and local seasonal ingredients.
